Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of User Agreement.

By accessing or using the Our service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and AskViz regarding your use of the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service: The Boom box service provides users with access to a platform for streaming music, creating playlists, and interacting with other users. The Service may include advertisements, promotions, or sponsored content.
2. User Eligibility: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
3. User Account: In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of Service: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.
5. Content Restrictions: You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
6. Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AskViz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Termination: AskViz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without cause or prior notice, if we believe that you have violated this Agreement or engaged in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to others. Upon termination, your right to access or use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Agreement: AskViz reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Agreement by posting the revised terms on the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes acceptance of the terms.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By accessing or using the our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

To access and utilize the Boom box service provided by AskViz, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Boom box service. By agreeing to the User Agreement, users confirm that they meet this age requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: Users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and agreements. If accessing the Boom box service on behalf of a company or organization, users assert that they have the authority to bind such entity to the terms of the User Agreement.

Registration

To access certain features and functionalities of the Boom box service provided by AskViz, users may be required to register for an account. The registration process involves providing certain information and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in the User Agreement.

1. Account Creation: Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This may include, but is not limited to, providing a valid email address, choosing a username, and creating a password.
2. Accuracy of Information: Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. AskViz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. Users agree not to share their account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to their account.
4. Minors: If a user is under the age of 18, they must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before registering for an account and accessing the our service. AskViz does not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent.
5. Account Termination: AskViz reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate the User Agreement or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities. Users may also have the option to deactivate or delete their accounts at any time.

BOOMBOX SERVICE USER AGREEMENT

The AskViz service provided by AskViz allows users to generate, upload, transmit, or display various forms of content. This user-generated content plays a significant role in the functionality and community engagement of the platform. However, users are expected to adhere to certain guidelines and standards when creating and sharing content on the AskViz service.

1. User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they generate, upload, transmit, or display on the AskViz service. This includes text, images, videos, audio, files, links, and interactions with other users.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when creating and sharing content on the AskViz service. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to copyright, trademark, privacy, and defamation.
3. Content Restrictions: Users may not generate, upload, transmit, or display any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Intellectual Property: Users may not generate, upload, transmit, or display any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents.
5. Community Guidelines: Users are expected to adhere to the community guidelines established by AskViz when creating and sharing content on the AskViz service. These guidelines may include rules regarding respectful conduct, appropriate language, and prohibited content.
6. Moderation and Enforcement: AskViz reserves the right to moderate user-generated content and take appropriate action, including removal of content, suspension of accounts, or termination of access to the AskViz service, in cases where content violates the User Agreement or community guidelines.

Notices and Restrictions

Users of the Boom box service provided by AskViz are subject to certain notices and restrictions regarding their use of the platform. These notices and restrictions are in place to ensure the integrity, security, and proper functioning of the service.

1. Notice Regarding Intellectual Property: Users acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on the Boom box service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content and materials without prior written consent from the respective rights holders.
2. Notice Regarding Use of Service: Users agree to use the Boom box service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. Users may not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the service, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, spamming, or distributing malware.
3. Restrictions on User Conduct: Users may not engage in any conduct that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to infringing upon intellectual property rights, violating privacy rights, or engaging in defamation or harassment. Users may not use the AskViz service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Notice Regarding Third-Party Content: Users acknowledge and agree that the AskViz service may contain links to third-party websites, services, and content that are not owned or controlled by AskViz. AskViz does not endorse or assume any responsibility for such third-party content, and users access such content at their own risk.
5. Notice Regarding Modifications to Service: AskViz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AskViz service or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. AskViz shall not be liable to users or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service

License Grant

1. Scope of License: The license granted herein allows users to access and use the features and functionalities of the AskViz service in accordance with this User Agreement. This includes streaming music, creating playlists, interacting with other users, and accessing content made available on the platform.
2. Restrictions: Users may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer their rights under this license to any third party. Users may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the AskViz service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the AskViz service, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by AskViz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This license does not grant users any ownership rights to the AskViz service or any of its components.
4. User Content: Users retain ownership of any content they generate, upload, transmit, or display on the AskViz service. However, by submitting such content, users grant AskViz a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, display, and perform such content in connection with the operation of the AskViz service.
5. Termination of License: This license is effective until terminated by either party. AskViz may terminate this license at any time without notice or cause. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the AskViz service and destroy any copies of the service or its components in their possession or control.
