Login to iCloud on any device you own
Use the same Apple ID and password to log onto each device to set up and Login to iCloud. On each device, you have the option to select which apps save data in iCloud and which iCloud capabilities you use. Find out more about the iCloud usage of each app or function. It should be noted that information saved in iCloud for a particular app or function is no longer accessible on the iPhone when you disable it. Configure iCloud on your iPad, iPod touch, or iPhone
- To access your Settings, select [your name] on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- In case your name is not displayed, select “Sign in to your [device],” input your Apple ID (or any other registered email address or phone number), and subsequently provide your password.Take one of the following actions:iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Select Login to iCloud and activate each desired app or feature. To see additional apps, tap Show All.
Configure iCloud on a Mac
Try one of the following on your Mac:
- MacOS 13 or later: Select System Preferences from the Apple menu, then click iCloud after selecting [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
- Click “Sign in with your Apple ID” if your name isn’t displayed, then enter your password, Apple ID, or another email address or phone number that is on file, then click iCloud.
- MacOS 12 or prior: Select System Preferences from the Apple menu, then select Apple ID and iCloud.
- Click Sign In, input your Apple ID and password, and then select iCloud if you don’t see Apple ID.

Configure your Apple Watch to use iCloud
When pairing an Apple Watch with an iPhone: When you enable iCloud for an iPhone app or feature, the information from that app or feature appears on your Apple Watch (if it is compatible). By adjusting the settings in the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, you may select what data shows on your Apple Watch. Refer to the Apple Watch User Guide’s “The Apple Watch app.”
If a family member sets up your Apple Watch, you can switch an app or feature’s iCloud on or off using the Settings app on the watch.

- Navigate to the Settings app on your Apple TV.
- After selecting Users and Accounts, choose your account.
- To sign in to iCloud if you haven’t already, select iCloud > Sign In, then input your Apple ID and password.
Select an app or function from the iCloud area, then toggle it on or off.
Configure iCloud on a Windows system
- You must first set up iCloud on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac in order to use iCloud for Windows. To do so, follow these instructions.
- Download iCloud for Windows from the Microsoft Store if you don’t already have it. Check out the Apple Support page on Windows iCloud download.

- If prompted to log in, provide your password and Apple ID, or another email address or phone number that is on file.
- Click Apply after selecting or deselecting each application or feature.
